Property and Cancelation Policies :
1. Individual reservations can cancelled without incurring any charge as long as said reservation is cancelled a minimun of 24 hrs prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled within a period of less than 24 hrs. Prior to the established check-in time (15:00 hrs, 3:00 p.m.), the guest or group will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.
2. Group reservations or for a number of nights greater than 7 days must be cancelled at least 2 days in advance. If the reservation is cancelled in a period of time less than 48 hrs. Prior to the established check-in time (3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m.), the guest or group will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.
3. There are no refunds for early departures.
4. Casa Losodeli reserves the right to refuse any client at any time if it does not comply with the Internal Regulation of Lodging.
